What is Energy Healing?

If we work on the assumption that energy is frequency, and frequency is a choice of energy that we carry within us, in our human body, and our mind and thoughts, then energy healing is the act of negotiating with the frequency of the energy that we choose to carry. 

When I say, ‘the negotiation of frequency,’ what I mean, it is the language of the aura that negotiates between the aura of the healer, and the aura of the person wishing to receive healing. 

There are a variety of healers in this world, and their perception and ability of healing varies in their own unique way, with their own unique skillset.

But ultimately, the act of healing is set through the intention of wanting to help another person. And this intention can have its roots from a variety of different sources, call them energy centres. Chakras may be a more familiar term to you. 

In my case, my healing comes from my heart centre. It is the frequency of love that fuels my need and want and desire to help others. It is my hope that through healing I can help you find an understanding and a harmony within, that allows you to embrace the light of healing.
