WHAT IS HEART CENTRED HEALING:

Heart Centred Healing is a personalised hands on energy healing session that incorporates guided hypnosis and/or EFT, NLP, EMDR, Timeline Therapy, Inner Child Therapy, etc as well as sound healing. 

It encourages you to go deep within yourself, to find your healing path. This path may sometimes include brief visits to other moments in lifetime that are needed for you to gain better clarity.   

Healing is a choice, a path that you may decide to take. Your healing session encourages you to connect your heart centre with the light of 

healing as well as with any words of guidance you need to hear to provide understanding of your healing journey. 

HOW CAN THESE SESSIONS HELP ME:

Heart Centred Healing encourages you to deeply relax during your session and focus on your inner connection of guidance and healing, allowing your healing path to become a conscious decision you wish to take. These sessions aim to initiate your healing journey and may well trigger a variety of internal and external experiences, that help provide conscious and focused learning in your life.   

As a hypnotherapist and energy healer, my skill is to help you find a harmony that allows for healing to be received by you as well as encourage you to practice regular self healing. 

As these personalised healing session combine a variety of therapeutic interventions it is customary to have your first session held as a 2 hour session that includes a consultation, therapeutic intervention followed by a hands on energy healing session.

Any subsequent healing sessions are 1 hour long.

Cost for your personalised 1 hour healing session: £50 to £80 (this is dependent on the scope of your healing requirements)
