Is Heart‑Centred Healing Similar to Reiki?
Many people describe Heart‑Centred Healing as feeling very similar to Reiki – warm, calming, and deeply soothing. Energy healing can go by many names, and Heart‑Centred Healing is simply the name I give to my own practice. It works in the same way as Reiki, using intuitive, hands‑on energy work to support emotional release, inner balance, and energetic alignment.
I call it Heart‑Centred because the healing I channel flows through my heart energy centre, allowing the session to be guided with compassion, clarity, and deep intuitive connection. It is gentle, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
