I am Tesi, a Hypnotherapist with a passion for healing and helping others achieve their full potential.

Life is full of challenges! I have been there. I have had my fair share of ups and downs in life, and yes, there have many moments where life has been really tough. 

These tough moments from our life can manifest themselves in all sorts of different ways, such as chronic illnesses, fears, anxieties, and difficult relationships with others, and it is hard to deal with these feelings. 

But what I have learnt is that we always have a choice. Yes, it can take time to realise and understand our choices, and it definitely takes courage too. 

But we have a choice how we want to tackle life, and how we want to feel about the moments where life is particularly challenging. 

This is where I can help you. 

We can work together to help you find your resources, your strengths, and together we work towards developing skills that you can take with you, into your life, so you are living the life that you want to live. To be the best version of yourself, that you can be.  

My skill is helping you see and make the choices that allow you to heal. So that you can confidently experience and explore, even the challenging moments in life, and learn to see it from a different perspective.
